Dell inc is based in Austin Texas and works with a number of creative partners on a global scale. C10 was chosen in 2003 by Dell design to represent the European perspective. Since then we have collaborated on various projects from conceptual studies through to new product development and trend analysis. The entry level keyboard was created together with Dell design and npk.

The basic idea was to reduce the amount of raw materials used and minimise the space occupied by the keyboard on the desk without compromising user friendliness. The design has been honored with a Red Dot and IF award.
